At Dharex Gadget-Gloss, integrity is the foundation of our business. We source our UK-used devices strictly from certified international suppliers who deal in trade-in and auction devices from Europe and America. We do not buy phones from random individuals on the street without original receipts and valid identification. This ensures that every device on our shelf is legally sourced and clean.
We offer a “Peace of Mind” warranty on all our products. For brand-new sealed items (like iPhones, Samsungs, and JBL speakers), you are covered by the manufacturer’s global warranty. For our UK-used gadgets, we provide a limited store warranty that covers factory defects—such as motherboard issues or screen malfunctions that are not caused by the user.
If you notice a defect within the warranty period (stated on your receipt), simply bring the device back to our store at 67A NTA Shopping Complex. We will inspect it immediately. If the fault is from the factory, we will either replace the device or offer a valid solution. Please note that our warranty does not cover physical damages like cracked screens, water damage, or power surge issues caused by unstable electricity.
Yes, we offer a seamless swap deal program! We understand that technology moves fast, and you might want to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to a 13 without paying the full price. To do this, bring your current phone to our shop physically. We cannot give a final valuation over WhatsApp because we need to inspect the physical condition of the phone.
Our valuation process is fair and based on current market rates. We check if the screen is original, if the battery is good, and if the body is neat. Once we agree on a value for your old phone, you simply pay the difference for the new gadget you want. Note that we only accept swaps for devices that have a receipt or proof of ownership to maintain our ethical standards.
This is the most common question we get! At Dharex Gadget-Gloss, we handpick our stock. For UK-used iPhones, we generally stock devices with battery health ranging from 85% to 100%. We believe in honesty—we do not “boost” batteries to show fake percentages, as that damages the phone later.
If a phone has a lower battery health (e.g., 80%) but is physically clean, we will inform you before you buy and offer it at a discounted price. We want you to enjoy your phone without needing a charger every 2 hours.
